Email [email protected] and mention BankClean. Please do not send us your bank files or statements: we do not need them and cannot see your spreadsheet. Describe the problem instead, for example the column headings from the first row of the file.
My bank is not recognised
In the BankClean sidebar, choose "Other / generic" as the bank format and map the columns yourself. If a file still will not load, email us the problem and the column headings.
How do I activate my licence key?
In Google Sheets, choose Extensions > BankClean > Open BankClean > Licence, paste your key and choose Activate. The key is checked in the add-on and unlocks unlimited transactions and the SA105 property categories.
Can I get a refund?
Email us from the address you bought with and we will deal with it under your rights as a consumer. A refunded key is deactivated in a later update of the add-on. Our terms explain this in full.
How do I remove BankClean?
Uninstall the add-on in Google Sheets (Extensions > Add-ons > Manage add-ons), then delete any BankClean sheets from your spreadsheets. Your transactions only ever live in your own spreadsheet, so deleting those sheets removes them. To remove your saved key first, use the Licence panel in the sidebar.
